CHERRY TREE COTTAGE  is a semi-detached country house with an extensive garden and recreation area to the rear of the property. The rear garden offers safe sanctuary to families with young children which can be gated off on both sides of the property. The house is situated on a quiet country road with rolling fields and pretty woodland, copses and coastal walks to explore.

The house has full oil fired central heating along with an electric immersion.

THE GROUND FLOOR entrance is via the modern conservatory, which has a breakfast table and chairs to sit and enjoy the morning sunshine. The conservatory leads to a cosy open-plan Lounge Kitchen Diner, with a large woodburner, fully fitted kitchen, and large family country style dining table. There is a separate toilet to the back of the lounge and a stable door leading to the rear garden. There is also an open staircase leading to the first floor bedroom.

THE FIRST FLOOR consists of a large open-plan bedroom, containing 2 double beds at either end of the room. This is a very spacious room and perfect for a family. From the bedroom you access the main bathroom featuring bath with a power shower, separate shower cubile, washbasin and toilet.

PARKING The house has generous parking for 2-3 vehicles. On street parking immediately outside the house is unrestricted making it easy to park additional vehicles on this country road location.
